Traditional Thai Massage: (Nuad Phaen Boran)
Traditional Thai Massage (called Nuad Phaen Boran in Thailand) is also known as Thai Yoga Massage and is commonly referred to as ‘the lazy man’s yoga.’ Renowned the world over for its therapeutic qualities, it is best described as a rhythmic ‘dance’ that soothes, energizes, and rejuvenates the body. The focus is on opening blockages with pressure point work along energy lines and luxurious & enjoyable stretches for the whole body. Highlights include:

v See how it can be performed on a floor mat, chair, or adapted to a table
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing (exercise warm-ups & t-shirt). Also bring one fitted queen-size sheet, (one pillow and pillow cover); headrest pad & cover. If you already have a Thai floor mat, please bring it as well; plus water bottle & note-taking supplies.
